About

From designing products to designing the systems around them.

I’m a Service Designer and Customer Experience professional with a background in engineering and design management.

I started my career designing physical products and packaging. Over time I became more interested in the systems around the solution: how customers access a service, how information flows between teams, where processes break down — and how complex enterprise services can become easier to use and to deliver.

Working in a global engineering organization, my role grew beyond engineering into Customer Journey research and facilitation, service and process improvement, digital workflow transformation, information architecture and UX strategy — first within one service area, then across regions and other services.

I enjoy ambiguous, complex problems where customer, business, operational and technical perspectives need to be connected. My strengths are creating structure, facilitating collaboration across cultures and turning insights into owned, practical next steps rather than stopping at research or workshops.

More recently, I moved into a logistics operations role to deepen my understanding of the operational systems behind the services I previously helped design.

Long term, I want to keep growing at the intersection of service design, transformation and ownership — with increasing responsibility for services, processes and, eventually, teams.

Understand before digitizing

A process should get simpler before it becomes digital.

Insight → owned action

A workshop is finished when improvements have owners and dates.

Respect the constraints

Good enterprise UX balances user needs with platforms, data and ownership.
